Jonathan – a freshman with a plan

Jonathan Breeland had two advantages. The first was entirely his own making and was the one he was most proud of: he was damn good at school. Most subjects just felt natural to him, although he had a slightly easier time at sciences than at languages or arts. He simply understood math, chemistry, biology, and hardly even had to study to master these subjects.

The other advantage was pure luck. His older brother, Andrew, had attended Mt. Baton four years ago, and had thoroughly prepped him for what to expect. Together, they had made a plan for Jonathans college years.

Step 1: Ace the first possible test. Andrew had told him that the first test would cover a variety of subjects and general knowledge, just to get the freshmen started.

Step 2: Hit hard! He wanted to establish a reputation as a harsh disciplinarian, and that meant he would make whatever poor girl on the receiving end suffer.

Step 3: Cash in on that reputation. He planned to consistently end in top 3 and have the girls on his mercy pay for him going easy on them. Once a month or so, he would forego the bribe and deliver the punishment instead, just to maintain his reputation.
