Power to Fear, Endless Possibilities

Shannon was growing nervous as she approached the Mall’s South Side Entrance.

The power of the ‘Breeding Passes’ was something to marvel at and to fear. The magic to manipulate people’s minds and actions was something straight out of fairy tales. Slowing her pace, Shannon began to worry.

Her mind raced with questions: Who was behind this? Why were they doing this? and How were they doing this? What do the 'Breeding Pass' Levels mean?

Maybe the man hooded in black was an evil creature playing a game with humans?

Or maybe, the government is testing mind control devices?

Or maybe, aliens were running experiments trying to learn how humans love?

Or maybe a magical time-traveling wizard is enacting revenge on the land developers of the Sunny Day Mall who destroyed his farm?

Or maybe, the mall was built on an Indian gravesite, and the souls of the dead need bodies to be reborn?

Or maybe ... or maybe ...

Her mind stopped racing as she reached the sliding glass doors. Timed slowed as she watched people come and go.

Many of the shoppers were stopping to discover a card in their hand. Some pocketed the cards without reading them and continued walking. While some shoppers stopped completely to read the cards in detail before moving on.

Picking up on the situation, Shannon discerned that these people were just given 'Breeding Passes'. Which meant the man in the black hoody was just outside these doors.
