Chapter 160 by Gray Gremlin Gray Gremlin

How does Sean behave at Diamond Manor? What's happening at the cabin?

Nameless, Heartless Remarks

The hot water spraying his shoulders and back felt sorely needed. After a night filled with repeated sexual acts, Jared's body seemed covered in aches and pains. JoJo proved insatiable throughout the night. In-between cat naps, the deflowered virgin sapped his usually strong stamina by repeatedly waking him up when she felt the burning need for more sucking and fucking. Once shy and self-conscious about her body, the brunette seemingly transformed overnight. JoJo didn't reluctantly show her curves to her first lover; she flaunted those assets, demanding that Jared pay attention to them.

And what a body! If JoJo teased even a fraction of her sexiness, boys would be drooling over her. Instead, I'm the one she's drooling over. Jared grinned at his own joke. Looking down, he watched as the kneeling girl attempted to resuscitate his exhausted member. Reaching down, he wiped the wet hair from her face. With a smile, Jared lovingly caressed his childhood friend's face.

"I think it's down for the count."

"Aww! Can't it go one more time?" JoJo whined.

"Mr. Wolf needs a break, or you might end up breaking him. Do you want that, Miss Tigress?"

"No, I don't. But I don't want this magical night to end," the ex-virgin said with a pout.

"I think we're well past nighttime." Offering a hand, Jared motioned for JoJo to stand up. "Come on; we need to finish up before we use all the hot water. Everyone's probably awake by now too."

"Oh, I hope they don't know what we did up here," JoJo remarked, her old shy self popping up.

"I think they probably figured it out by now," Jared responded, assuming that Lana ratted out his plans as soon as she went downstairs.

"D-Do you think anyone heard us?"

"Give me the cheesiest, greasiest one of those burritos you got," Kimberly demanded upon returning to the kitchen.

Both pairs of married couples glanced at each other.

"So, did you get a hold of Larry?" Rachel inquired.

"Yep."

"How did that go?" Gabriela asked after a short pause.

"It went."

"Is he coming down from Arbor Corners early?" Clive questioned.

"He's leaving shortly; said he'll meet us at the cemetery," Kimberly informed them. "Why the hell didn't anyone think to have mimosas for breakfast?"

"Uh, maybe tomorrow we can do that," Rachel suggested. Well, that's another thing we'll have to worry about. Larry's unlikely to start trouble; he's too laid back, but who knows what might happen next.

"That's great! I can't wait to see Larry a day early," Jeff remarked good-naturally.

A squeak from the dining room table caught Rachel's attention. She looked over to where Lacey sat, peering intently at Harvey's laptop. Seated on her right side, Austin dug voraciously into his second breakfast burrito, paying little attention to his girlfriend's activity. On her left side, Newt looked uneasy as he leaned over to read whatever the screen displayed.

"Is there a problem, Lace? Lacey?" Rachel asked, raising her voice when she used her full name. With Ramsey off taking a shower, her daughter had seemed to be in a better mood.

Startled, the usually cheery ginger raised her head, a look of disappointment on her face. "The comments on these articles are awful."

"Maybe you shouldn't read those, cupcake. You know people tend to get mean or rude on the internet," Clive cautioned his sweet daughter.

"But these aren't about strangers, Dad. They're about my friends!" Lacey exclaimed. "The comments about Whitney are nasty. They make her sound like a bitch and a slut. And one person claims that she runs gang--I mean, she fu--screws the football team after every win."

"I wish," Austin said through a mouthful of food.

"Austin Rusk, that is not funny!" Lacey snapped, sharply elbowing him in the side. That caused her boyfriend to start **** on his breakfast.

"And the stuff they say about Mrs. Tarver and her history is just as bad," Newt relayed. His mom hadn't been identified by name, but Mrs. Tarver's medical practice partner had been alluded to.

"Don't even get me started on what they say about Whitney's dad. They make him sound like an evil man. Stuff about using his female employees and sex to close business deals."

"That's nothing new, Lacey. There have been stories going around about Harvey ever since he was a teen. Unfortunately, having a ruthless asshole for a father tends to lead people to think the apple doesn't fall far from the tree," Gabby disclosed.

"Even though Harvey barely works. Now that should be in those articles," Kimberly pointed grumpily.

"Well, one person in the comments claims to be his long-lost daughter that's been in a psychiatric hospital for years," Lacey added.

"What are they saying about Sean and me?" Peyton queried, not necessarily caring.

"Uh, a few people have posted pictures from your Instagram or Facebook. Your white bikini pictures seem to be a hit," Lacey revealed.

"I haven't posted those pictures anywhere," Peyton stated in surprise.

"Whoopsie! I might put them up on my pages," Lana admitted with a grin.

"I should've known. What about Sean?" Peyton inquired again.

"Actually, there's nothing," Newt said.

"It's weird. No one has uttered a peep about him. It's almost as if Sean doesn't exist," Lacey relayed, feeling a little sad for him.

"Maybe that's because they all think his name is John," Austin cracked.

"And maybe this time you'll **** to **** on your food when I hit you," Lacey threatened her boyfriend while giving him a **** stare.

"I think it's time for you two to stopping reading those comments," Rachel told Lacey and Newt. "As much as I don't want anyone else smeared with a fake story, I hope that darn site moves on to other stuff."

"And they have. 'Chemistry Teacher Refuses to Deny Running Meth Empire,'" Newt read aloud.

"Crap. It's about Mr. Tanner," Lacey revealed. "He's going to be even more of a monster once school starts back up."

"Knowing Tanner, he probably hung up the phone after threatening to get the prank caller expelled from school," Newt added, shuddering.

"Alright! Tanner's so going to prison, and I'm so passing that class now," Austin excitedly exclaimed.

"Gee, I wonder where they got the idea for that article. How unoriginal," Lana remarked sarcastically. "Austin, you really are a moron, aren't you?"

"I don't understand. What are you talking about?"

Next to her dope of a boyfriend, Lacey palmed her face in embarrassment. Fortunately for Austin, he was saved by the arrival of two teenagers.

"About time you two join us. Whatever have you been doing?" Lana teased.

JoJo's eyes immediately went wide, while Jared gave an aw-shucks grin.

"Nothing that you wouldn't do," Jared responded to the buxom redhead.

"That's not much," Peyton commented.

"Would you like some breakfast burritos?" Skye asked, hoping to save the red-faced JoJo further embarrassment. The teen grabbed that lifeline, hurrying over to see her options.

"I'm sure they worked up quite an appetite," Lana continued.

"Isn't it time for you to take a shower?" Rachel asked her eldest daughter.

"I'll let Peyton go next."

"No, I think this a good time for you to go," Rachel insisted, flashing her mom glare.

"Fine, I'll leave." Lana took the hint, but not before issuing her own glare at her mom. "You know, the day I'm a mom, I'm going to be the cool one like Aunt Gabby."

"Aw, thank you, sweetie," Gabby responded to Lana. Then turning to Jared, she issued a threat. "Next time you decide to spend twelve hours subjecting us to your noises, I'm not going to use a broom to bang on the ceiling. I'm going to shove it in a place where the sun doesn't shine."

Rachel smirked at Lana as she left after witnessing a taste of Gabby's mommy wrath.

"A broom? What are you talking about?" Jared responded, never having heard the banging earlier. "And it's not like you and Dad don't sicken Jules and me with your cries and moans."

Knowing her best friend and sensing the blowup coming, Rachel nodded to Peyton and then at JoJo. Understanding precisely as to what Mrs. Stratton wanted, the blonde slid over to the brunette.

"Hey, JoJo, do you think we can talk for a minute?"

Scared that she wanted to talk about her and Jared, JoJo reluctantly agreed. She trusted Peyton enough that if it had to be anyone to have this conversation with, Sean's sister would be at the top of her list. Allowing herself to be guided to the sunroom, JoJo turned around to see that Rachel also followed.

"Now, we're aren't here to judge you, JoJo," Rachel started warmly.

"Although, maybe we should be based on some of the stuff you shouted," Peyton dryly remarked, causing the teenager to blush further and look down to the floor.

"Peyton," Rachel scolded her with the lone word. "We're just a little concerned, that's all."

"Did I do something wrong?" JoJo meekly whispered.

"Absolutely not! There's nothing wrong about losing your virginity to a friend that cares about you," Rachel insisted. "You did lose your virginity, right?"

With the slightest nod, JoJo continued to stare at her feet. Rachel and Peyton looked at each other, leading the blonde coed to give JoJo a side hug.

"Jared took good care of you, right?" Peyton asked, getting another small nod. "I thought so. There's no reason to feel ashamed or embarrassed. Hell, you should be proud. Based on what we heard, you definitely had a first-time more memorable than most girls. And in a good way too."

"What we are concerned about is whether or not you're safe. Are you on birth control?" Rachel sought soothingly.

A tiny shake of the teen's head worried the other two.

"Did you two use any condoms?"

Another slight shake of her head hinted at the danger.

"Okay. Now, when was your last period?" Peyton inquired. JoJo mumbled back the answer so softly that Rachel had to lean in to hear.

"Alright, that's close to the danger zone," Rachel downplayed as she and Peyton looked at each other in concern. "Lucky for you, Bridget should be able to help out."

"I don't want to bother Mrs. Tarver. She should be worried about Sean," JoJo replied, finally raising her head.

"Oh, I'm sure that Bridget would want to help out here," Rachel insisted. "Now, go get some food into you. I bet you're starving."

JoJo agreed and left the sunroom.

"We are definitely getting your mom involved."

"I'll make sure to talk to her the first chance I have," Peyton said in agreement.

Reentering the cabin, Rachel glanced at the clock and realized that everyone was taking too long to get their day started. She understood that the last twenty-four hours had dealt with a lot of craziness, but they had a timeframe to keep.

"Listen up, everyone," she interrupted their breakfast and conversations. "The gathering at the cemetery starts at noon, and we want plenty of time for the drive. That leaves us about thirty-five minutes tops before we need to leave. So, eat up, shower, and get dressed. No dilly-dallying!"

"I'm all done, Peyton," Ramsey informed as she walked over. "Lana said she'd finish in fifteen minutes."

Kimberly announced dibs on the downstairs shower.

Peyton started to leave the room, but Newt caught her attention with a gesture.

"Are you okay, Newt?" she asked, noticing his queasy appearance.

"Um, do I have to...you know?"

"Oh! No, you don't need to come with us to the cemetery," Peyton told him, feeling bad for not realizing Newt's dilemma sooner.

"I...uh, don't want Finn mad at me."

"Finn, of all people, will understand. He's had a lot going on, but once he returns from the boathouse, I'll let him know."

"Don't worry, Newt. Finn will be fine with you not going," Lacey reassured him after overhearing the conversation. Rachel's uncanny mommy sense picked up on the exchange.

"I'm sorry I forgot, honey. Bridget did mention that you don't like cemeteries," Rachel apologized, leaving the reason unspoken. "But are you sure that you'll be okay here all by yourself? We'll be gone for most of the day."

"I'll be fine. It's nice here."

"I can stay with him," Skye offered, surprising everyone. "Perhaps it would be best. Cassandra sounded like a wonderful person, but I don't want my presence to upset anyone."

"But you broke up with Mr. Singer," Lacey pointed out,

"That's more of a reason for me to stay here. If Fred is there, he might get upset upon seeing me."

"Finn was more than fine with your coming, but if you don't feel comfortable, that's okay. We'll call you two if we get delayed any longer," Rachel said.

"Since I'm not going, I'll finish making breakfast, and the rest of you can shower," Skye decided, heading back to the kitchen.

"Be nice and actually talk to Skye. Don't spend all your time on that damn tablet," Peyton instructed her little brother's close friend. Newt agreed, leaving Peyton to start back to the master suite.

"What the fuck?!" Lana screamed from down the hall. "Who's the asshole that used up all the hot water?"

Where to next?
