Just being nice

"So... Does that happen a lot?" Jaune asked, gesturing to Cardin.

Velvet sighed

"More than I'd like. But one of my teammates is usually around to help. She's just busy today."

"Oh? Who's that?"

Velvet seemed to perk up.

"Her name's Coco. Coco Adel. She's probably my closest friend. I don't exactly have many. But ever since we met she's felt... Hm... Almost like a big sister" Velvet said, her eyes sparkling a bit as she talked about her friend.

"Coco huh?" Jaune thought to himself. He'd have to keep an eye out to see if he had any interest in her.

"I feel you" he replied "My team and I have gotten along pretty well. But I didn't really have any friends before coming here."

Velvet gave him a smile. The first one he had seen from her. And he had to admit, it was adorable.

"W-well..." She began, somewhat bashfully "I'd... Like to think you just made a new one."

Jaune felt a little warm sensation. He still absolutely wanted to include her in his harem... But there was something just so comforting and cute about her that replaced the lewd thoughts with more thoughts of bringing her in just to give her somewhere to belong.

Jaune smiled

"I think you did"

"In that case" she giggled, happily.

She began to scrawl something on a paper, before handing it over

"it's my scroll number.. if you ever want to get together. You could even bring your team" she chirped.

Jaune figured he'd give her his as well... But as he did a thought crossed his mind... He could use the book on her right now...
