April notices Alan and gets an idea

April had been spying on Lauren's apartment ever since the morning started, so when she saw Alan enter her apartment, she was curious. She waited to see what would happen and noticed Alan coming out holding a basket full of Lauren's clothes. A smile formed on her face, she knew the kind of guy Alan was and sauntered up to him. "Hey, Alan. You look handsome today," April said. "A guy like you who is working hard to make us happy despite the lack of water needs to be... rewarded. How about I take those dirty clothes from you. I have a relative that runs a laundromat. I can deliver it to them, and they'll do it free of charge."

"Oh wow, April. Thank you so much. That would make things so much easier," Alan said.

"You're very welcome, Alan," April said. "Just give me that laundry basket and I'll take good care of it," April said.

Alan glanced back towards Lauren's apartment. "I dunno..."

April kissed Alan on the cheek. "Trust me, these will be going to a good cause," April said.

Alan's eyes widened and nodded slowly, handing the basket to April. April smiled. "Just don't lose anything," Alan said.

"Don't worry. I know exactly where this basket of clothes is going," April said.

Alan nodded and gulped as he let go of the basket as April walked away, purposefully swaying her hips as Alan stared at her. April smirked as she walked to the donation box outside the apartment building and tossed every last item inside. "Hey, April, is that more clothes for Goodwill?" a guy asked as he approached.

"Yup. That's the last of it," April said. "I have a feeling there's some pretty valuable stuff in there. One of our tenants was... very generous."

"Great, I'll take it right away. I'm sure it'll be very much appreciated," the guy said as he lifted the donation box and emptied it all into the back of his truck. "Thank you so much again."

"With pleasure," April said as she watched the guy get into the Goodwill car and drive away.
