“Well, it definetly seems like you have metabolism problems. So stick to your diet and we’ll add some exercise.”

Jennifer quickly wrote an exercise routine. She’d been expecting this and was prepared. She wrote a routine that would feel strenuous, but stop short of burning fat or calories. A waste of effort. And, with Lauren still consuming weight gain powder, she’d get even fatter! Jennifer couldn’t wait to see how chubby Lauren ended up by the next appointment.
