Get warmed up quickly

Mackenzie and Alex stood in the doorway for full seconds, though they certainly felt like more. Mackenzie's naked back faced the open front door as she was pressed against Alex, and he looked down at her with an almost blank stare. Despite the situation, she couldn't help a giggle, shaking slightly against Alex's arms as she did. He seemed more paralyzed than her. However, a moment later, there was the flash of lightning and the crash of thunder, followed by a wet wind blowing into the open front door, sending Mackenzie into another round of shivers. Looking down, she felt even more self-conscious as she saw water puddling on the hardwood floor, and beside the door, the entrance to a mudroom with a shower visible behind. She tugged slightly against Alex, who appeared to have lost control of unlocking his arms, and smirked as she had a flash of inspiration. She raised her arms up, her body shifting up slightly against Alex's chest, and put both her hands over Alex's eyes. With her arms raised, his hands could have free roam of her body, but his hands stayed where they were and he seemed to respect her action.

"Sorry t-to ru-uin the view..."

Mackenzie tried to tease through chattering teeth. Maybe emboldened slightly by Alex's lack of taking advantage of her, she tried to play up a bit of flirtatious confidence that she didn't really have. At least she wasn't being witnessed in her nude state for a moment.

"I n-need you to le-et go... I need a-a hot shower..."

Alex moved his hands away suddenly, almost like Mackenzie was made of fire, when she asked him to let go. Mackenzie kept her hands over Alex's eyes, though, and only slightly pulled back from his chest as Alex seemed to have finally regained a bit of his wits.

"Uh... sure. The shower is just uh, over there. There's towels in the closet and... I can make you a drink. Something hot? Or do you want a real drink?"

Mackenzie thought it over, and nodded, her body moving slightly with her. She absolutely wanted a drink.

"Co-offee, please. With B-bailey's and s-sugar please. And A-alex? Keep your eyes closed!"

Her tone was a bit harsher than she meant. Alex didn't do anything wrong, and he didn't think twice about helping her. But she hadn't been properly dressed for so long now... Alex didn't seem hurt, but she actually saw him frown a bit at her comment. She giggled a bit at how absolutely adorable it was, and at the disappointed tone in his voice that he couldn't quite hide. He was being such a good sport... She'd have to find some way to repay him...

"...Okay, Mackenzie. I promise."
