Whether hypnosis, psionics, tech, magic or any other method to control thoughts, feelings or any other asked of the mind... It is all is the manipulation of the mind.

Many villains and heroes have this power. Or even powers which can mimic it, like electro-magnetic manipulation. The power can also be duplicated by main items and artifacts. These are the stories where characters use the power of mind control to move forward with their plans.
