Margaret arrives (alt)

When Margaret got the phone call from the local police department that her stepdaughter had been detained, she was angry all right. She assured them she would be coming immediately as she gathered a bunch of supplies to use for punishment and made her way over to the station. She stormed out of her car and into the building all the way to where everyone was waiting.

Her eyes immediately found Cynthia sitting in the middle of the room. A female officer was just next to her. “Hello, officer,” Margaret said calmly. “I would like to provide Cynthia’s punishment myself. Could I have a word with you before we do that, though?”

The officer nodded as she walked with Margaret to another room.

“Hello, ma’am. I’m Officer Kay, Cynthia was arrested for underage drinking as well as detections of marijuana which is illegal both federally and illegal recreationally in this state,” The female officer said. “These are serious offenses we’re looking at. Misdemeanor for the **** first time, but felony for the pot. Especially the amount detected in her system.”

“I would like to give my own punishment,” Margaret said. “She’s my stepdaughter. I assure you that I will discipline her well. Let’s write these crimes off and I will make sure that she never ever does any of this again. You can believe me when I say she will be punished.”

“Ma’am I’ve heard this all before. The parents say they’ll punish their kid and then just give them a slap on the wrist,” Kay said. “We can’t accept those deals anymore. Our regulations specifically prohibit these particular interventions.”

“But if you charge her with all of this, it won’t do anything except waste taxpayer money,” Margaret said. “I will punish her effectively. I assure you.”

“Ma’am I don’t care who you are, the answer is no,” Kay said. “We can talk about lesser sentencing but alternative punishments are not an option here. She was at a party with illegal substances. These things cannot be taken lightly.”

“My punishments will bring home that message. I promise you,” Margaret said. “In fact, I can demonstrate just how effective that is.”

Margaret stood to her feet, towering over Officer Kay. Margaret grabbed Kay by the arms and bent her over the table, her butt pointing out as she did. Margaret took hold of the belt and yanked it undone. She snapped it out of Kay’s pants and let her bottoms slide down her legs. Margaret tossed the belt away and yanked on Kay’s pants and underwear, her bare butt on full display. “Hey!” Kay yelled. “This isn’t going to-”

SMACK. Kay yelped stopping her protests mid sentence as Margaret spanked her hard.

SMACK. SMACK. SMACK. “I will show you just how effective I can be,” Margaret said.

“H-hey! You can’t do this!” Kay yelled.

“Stop me then,” Margaret said as she rapidly smacked Kay’s bare bottom.

Kay yelped again as each smack hit. “P-please! Stop!”

“Give me permission to punish my stepdaughter my own way,” Margaret said.

“I can’t! I’m not allowed!” Kay cried.

Margaret’s smacks became harder and faster. As she did, the door opened and in walked a taller man in a full police uniform. Kay gasped as she looked behind her to see the Chief of Police. “What is going on here?” The chief asked as he gazed at Kay’s bent over red bare ass.

“I wish to punish my stepdaughter as I see fit,” Margaret said. “Instead of having you handle it. I have my own ways of dealing with naughty girls. This officer here said that I can’t do that.”

“What?” The chief said. “Officer Kay, we talked about this in our last meeting. Apparently you weren’t listening. I’m so sorry for the confusion, ma’am what Officer Kay told you is incorrect. We allow parents or guardians the opportunity to determine the best punishment for their own child or person they care for. This has been proven as an effective strategy and it also keeps our jails free for people who actually deserve it. We do need to discuss your plan for punishment as it does need to be something that reasonably fits the crime. We understand that your stepdaughter consumed **** under the age as well as marijuana and since marijuana is illegal recreationally in this state, that means she’s looking at potential prison time. Now someone like her isn’t exactly fit for jail, but her punishment can’t be anything light.”

“Believe me,” Margaret said. “She won’t EVER forget this punishment.”

“May I ask what you have planned?” The chief asked.

“Better yet, I’ll show you,” Margaret said as she pulled out a thick booklet stapled together.

On the cover it said Margaret’s Disciplinary Rules. The chief smiled as he took the copy of the booklet and began reading through each page. “Wow,” he said. “This certainly is detailed.”

“That’s only the beginning,” Margaret said as she pulled out another booklet. This one was titled Cynthia Potter’s Punishment Book and it was long.

Meanwhile, Kay was still bent over the table, pants at her ankles as the chief flipped through every page. “This is perfect,” he said. “We can arrange an agreement. If Cynthia follows all of this and completes this as written, we will drop all charges and keep her record clean. I want records of all of this taking place.”

“Deal,” Margaret said. “But first, we need to deal with this officer. She clearly isn’t qualified for this position.”

“You’re right,” the chief said. “What do you propose?”

Margaret smiled and reached into her bag. Without saying a word she pulled out an item. It crinkled with every moment she made. Margaret lifted Kay up onto the table, forcing her to lay down, pulling her legs apart as she unfolded the diaper and slid it underneath. Kay gasped as she was swiftly diapered. Margaret reached over and grabbed the badge from Kay’s uniform and pulled it off. Instead, she took a sticker given to the junior training program for kids and placed it on the front of Kay’s uniform. “Consider yourself demoted,” Margaret said.

“You can’t do that!” Kay cried.

“I fully back her decision,” the chief said. “Kay you’re off this now. From now on you will only be in charge of watching the kids. You’ll be wearing diapers and that sticker is now your badge. You’re off all cases. Now get out.”

Margaret smiled as Officer Kay was **** to leave diaper and sticker on display as she raced down the hall. Others laughed as she ran, pointing at her. “Now, let’s discuss that punishment…”

The chief said. “You’re free to leave with your stepdaughter. I look forward to seeing how you discipline her. Remember it all must be recorded for the official documentation. Otherwise she may face the full criminal charges. Thank you for your time. I recommend just wearing a bodycam. We can provide one.”

“That would be excellent,” Margaret said.
