Chapter 11 by kronos204 kronos204

How does the presentation go?

Pretty well, with some annoying interruptions from Scott

Melissa went around handing out the packets the two had printed up and the men and women immediately went back and forth, looking back and forth between the pictures and Mel. Faith smirked inwardly at their reactions. Scott was the only exception, and he looked rather annoyed.

"Who needs pictures when we can see the real thing? You brought her as a model, didn't you?" Scott said.

"Yes, of course, but costume changes will not be part of this presentation. I'm afraid Melissa only has the one set on for now," Faith said as professionally as she could. What was he doing? Was he trying to undermine his own presentation? She decided to move on. Faith started the pitch with how easy it would be to rework and expand the company's existing production to a new line of textiles, and the means of keeping new material costs down. She didn't mind much that her audience wasn't paying attention, still focused on Mel. All of this information was in the back of the handout for them to read later. Faith's real job right now was to look professional and give them time to watch the sexy show before them.

Speaking of, Mel was luxuriating in it. She struck poses and moved around the room to give their imaginations a more dynamic show. Every eye in the room but Faith's was on her, and Mel couldn't help but get a little wet.

"Aren't you at least gonna strip for us?" Scott said, like a drunk in a strip club, cutting Faith off mid-sentence. "That's what we're here for, isn't it? Get down to your fucking underwear." Everyone else perked up a little more at that, waiting for the show.

Faith was annoyed, but then she got it. He was acting like a child because he wanted to be in charge of his wife when Mel was acting out the loose script that Faith had written for her. What actually irritated her was that Mel nodded and started doing what he said ahead of schedule.

Faith gave Scott a quick glare, which he smiled at, knowing exactly what had happened. To take charge of the situation once again, Faith said, "Well, we were hoping to save that for later, but a sight that hot has got to seal the deal, right?" she chuckled. What met her wasn't laughter, though, but immediate agreement.

A/N: I want to make it a blanket statement that I'm open to suggestions, by the way. I can't promise I'll always honor them, of course. If I have somewhere I REALLY want to go with the story I'll probably do that, but I have enough ideas that I'd love to hear what kind of stuff you want.

How does Scott play this?
