Pretend you haven't seen the room.

You don't know what the room means yet and you clearly weren't meant to see it so you keep your mouth shut for now.

Later that night, after you get home to your apartment, you turn on your computer and search for in "adult-sized baby cot." This comes up with a number of results. You see a few examples where people have built their own. They have photos of themselves dressed up like babies, diapers and all, sitting proudly in their creations.

There's also a few stores selling them. You even find one less than an hour away. Unfortunately, it is closed on Sundays so you won't be able to visit it tomorrow.

You keep going down the rabbit hole. Apparently there's a lot of adults who like dressing up and being treated like babies.

That night, you have a strange dream. It is Sarah's birthday. You arrive at her house with a large present, tied up with a pink ribbon.

"Daniel!" Tanya greets you excitedly at the door and. "Come in."

You follow Tanya inside, pushing your way through balloons of many colours, all shaped like the number 1. Finally you reach Sarah. She is sitting in a playpen, wearing pink skirtalls which are nowhere neat long enough to conceal her thick diaper.

Everyone else at the party is dressed normally. They stand around commenting on how adorable Sarah is.
