Press 1 to take her as is. This growth will be considered the result of aging and hard work. She might feel a little less like a woman as a result, so be sure to treat her like a lady.

Press 2 for cuddly protector. This Chie absolutely LOVES having a lover smaller then her. She'll be happy to show off for you and will speak very sweetly to you. Expect lots of hugs and to have her offer to carry things for you a lot.

Press 3 for shadow mode. Chie's shadow was a dominatrix. With this new body, she'll be very capable of keeping people in line. If you're looking to be bossed around, this one is for you. It's not recommended that you refuse her orders. She won't flat out beat you or anything, but she knows how to make you squirm.
