Prepare intensity training

Intensity training is one of the key tools the Academies use to shape girls into productive and obedient servants of the Futarchy. While most females are naturally subservient to the futas due to the effects of the futa pheromones they can still be headstrong and willful, and some refuse to accept their given roles completely unless they receive appropriate conditioning.

The main part of that conditioning is the everyday activities at the Academy. Girls are clearly shown that they are to be available to any futa who desires them at any given time, and that obedience and compliance is rewarded. For a minority this is all it takes, as it triggers their natural desire to follow instructions and be appreciated. These are mostly the ones who are highly susceptible to the pheromones, but some are just naturally inclined to being used. However, most will only go along because they fear being punished. Such girls may perform their work well enough, but they don't provide pleasure nearly as well and the risk of them growing resentful or even defecting to the Femistance is much greater.

All girls are naturally exposed to small to moderate doses of the pheromones during their daily lives, but it has been found that heavy, concentrated exposure can increase their susceptibility to the mind controlling effects of the chemicals, especially with those who have somewhat stronger resistance than the norm. It's also been found that girls under the effect of the pheromones tend to become more accepting not only of actions taken towards themselves but also of what they observe. This is one reason the classes are so big, as there will nearly always be one or more girls in a class who are being used at any given time. This both provides direct conditioning by showing all the girls that this is normal and expected, but through the pheromones it also affects them on a deeper level.

Intensity training combines these by having multiple futas use a small group of girls in front of each other repeatedly for a period of several hours, preferably in a small space as to keep the air as saturated with pheromones as possible. When done correctly, this will serve both to make moderately resistant girls more susceptible and as a powerful conditioning situation.

However, care must be taken not to overload the girls as this can leave them over-sensitive. In **** cases, a girl may become so strongly susceptible to the pheromones that she will be in a permanent state of high arousal, unable to work or follow commands. While there may be room for such a permanently cock-addled girl in one place or another, the Futarchy depends on its female workers and needs as many of them as possible at their best. The ideal female worker is in a permanent state of low to moderate arousal, excited enough to be easy to use on short notice but focused enough still able to perform her duties and observe the desires and commands of the futas around her.

Because of this performing intensity training is a delicate task, one usually entrusted to more senior staff than yourself. Sure, you've been at Office Academy 17 for nearly three years now, but you've only been a Primary Class Manager for thirteen months and there are several others here who have served for much longer. Class Manager Gold was promoted to Primary only a month after you started here, and Cobalt had been one for over a year before you arrived.

But now you have been given this task and you need to pick the rest of your team. Provisionary Class Manager Teal was specifically requested by Teacher Glass so you'll have to include her, but other than that you've been given your choice of the Juniors and Provisionaries.
