Prepare for Trouble

The air on Ash's hairless legs felt odd to him as he made way down the street, his hips gently swaying side to side with every step. Though wearing a hoodie, he still felt exposed due to having so much of those legs showing. It didn't help that he kept getting weird looks from people as he passed them. Their expressions were hard to place and he steadily grew more uncomfortable.

“Do I really look that weird? I feel like I'm I being stared at.”

Ash stopped outside a cafe window and looked at his reflection. He cringed, taking in his appearance, not surprised by how ridiculous he looked but still not pleased. He looked unnervingly feminine, which was really effecting his male ego. He almost looked...cute. Ash's was shaken from his thoughts when he heard a set of familiar voices, much to his annoyance.

“Prepare for trouble!"

"And make it double!”

Ash rolled his eyes and shook his head. “Can you guys wait until later? Now isn't a good time,” Ash turned to face the voices but was surprised to not be their focus. Team Rocket was doing their normal introduction but instead of Ash, they were announcing to a young man and his eevee. Ash jumped behind a car parked along the road and crouched down after realizing who they were talking to. Pikachu and Hypno looked at each other and shrugged before joining Ash behind the car.

“What's Gary doing here?” Ash peaked out from the rear of the car to get a better look. In Gary's arms what a large case of some kind, similar to a cooler chest.

Gary looked just as annoyed as Ash had been, “You guys are still doing this? What do you want?”

“That case looks heavy,” James struck a pose.

“We just want to help lighten your burden,” Jessie mirrored James.

“What? I thought we wanted the Fossils?” Meowth scratched his heads.

The four of them bantered as Ash watched while Hypno tried to make sense for this newest odd behavior. Hypno didn't understand why Ashley was hiding after seeing the guy named Gary but she was staring at him pretty intently.

“I should go over there...but I can't let Gary see me like this,” Ash muttered to himself.

Finally, it dawned on Hypno what was going on. She must really like this guy but was too nervous to know how to act around him. She was clearly self-conscious which, of course, Hypno didn't like seeing. His Ashley was great, anyone could see that, she just needed to see that too. If she wanted Gary to be her boyfriend, then Hypno was going to make sure that would be what happened.
