It's common for woman to grow one or two cup sizes during pregnancy. A bit more than that is of course also perfectly normal.

But Katy Perry's breast didn't grow just a little more. They simply wouldn't stop growing and continued to expand week after week. The doctors said it might be a form of "breast hypertrophy", a rare medical condition where the breasts become excessively large. Luckily Katy didn't have any other negative symptoms, if you don't count the increased difficulty to live a normal life with a pair of gigantic, super sensitive, and milk-leaking flesh-mountains on your chest.
