In the proper timeline Supergirl went to battle against a rogue android known as the Red Tornado and was **** to utilize the full **** of her heat vision to defeat the robotic menace. An act that all but drained the solar energy stored within her cells and rendered the Girl of Steel powerless for a time before returning to full power once more.

But what if Supergirl never regained her powers due to an outside **** or simply a case of bad luck?

In this universe T.O. Morrow the creator of the Red Tornado was wise enough to have a contingency plan installed that allowed him to fake his ****. The capture Kara Zor-El was just a bonus in his mind, one that he quickly took advantage of before disappearing underground where no one could find him.

Alone with a mad scientist and without her powers what will happen to Supergirl?
