Power System Coversion

in this section i will talk about a rather common practice in survival stories and that is power system conversion.before we talk about that i have to mention many survival stories at least at the start will be a little rpgish in regards to telling how powerful characters are usually having a base line for a healthy adult(usually 1 or 10 depending on the way of calculating)and another number for peak human performance(this isnt always there)at some point though when numbers get too high its easy to lose context many writers at that time switch to a different system even if they keep the numbers this is power system conversion generally before it reaches this point the mc will have gained a power of some sort generally many authors choose to take the mc main power(the one the mc uses the most) further examples of this is many doomsday novels use physic power or superpowers early on and later make it a power system or transition it into other things like into a cultivation system or the extraordinary power system(also known as the potion system among other names)

the most popular system that goes over well is the cultivation system that since that system has as many varieties as there is stars in the sky its very flexible and as long as you stay true to the story and keep the survival parts(i.e. the constant fighting to live and in some cases expand territory)the story will be affected very little for the most part
