Lois Lane blinked, not sure she had heard him correctly.

"What?" She said.

"Powdered deer penis. Crushed blister beetles. Finely-ground belladonna root and toad skin," Tyrell said, his voice strangely distant in her ears. "A very old recipe. Reputed to be quite effective as an aphrodisiac...and as a hypnotic."

Lois blinked. It took an effort. Her eyelids seemed to not want to obey her commands. She felt...not a buzz, like ****, but that sort of strange little tremor of excitement that came with her first cigarette. The reporter's mouth felt oddly dry, but her pants...she realized, as she squirmed in her seat, that her panties were virtually soaked.

Tyrell stood...and he grabbed her arm, and Lois felt herself hauled to her feet. There was no grace in that rising. Lois felt oddly disassociated from her body. The witches' brew that she snorted was working weirdly on her body...but as he tugged her toward the back of the club, Lois found herself moving with him without resistance.

"We give it to all of our fighters," Tyrell explained. "It removes pesky inhibitions."

The reporter knew she should be alarmed...yet in moments they were before the door. Heavyset security men stepped aside, and Lois stepped through, from one ill-lit room to another, smaller venue. Men and women surrounded a lighted cage. There were brown stains on the white floor...blood stains, the reporter thought.

Tyrell brought Lois right up to the door of the cage...and right before her thrust her through, he whispered to her: "When the bell rings...you fight. Fight for your life. Fight or get fucked."

Then one heavy black hand pushed her through the cage...and Lois stood blinking beneath the bright lights. Up above, a voice called out.

"We now welcome a new challenger...LOIS LANE, STAR REPORTER OF THE DAILY PLANET!"

There was a murmur of appreciation from the crowd.

"Now, she will be matched against our existing champion...and there is only one rule of this arena!" The voice continued. "Two women enter, and one is fucked!"

The **** reporter dizzily watched as a door on the other end of the cage opened...and she saw who it was she was matched against.
