Dr. Nohsahlat returns. "Robbie, your pregnancy test came back positive." "What!?!" Robbie gasps. "I'm a pregnant man!?" The Dr. corrects him/her, "Obviously, you no longer have male genitalia and instead have all the working organs of a young woman including vagina, uterus, ovaries, breasts, etc. I cannot call you a man so what you are now is a woman. A pregnant woman."

He brings in Megan. "Megan, your test came back with an unusually high count of spermatozoa. I believe this is why Robbie's pregnancy test came back positive." Megan connects the dots, "He's pregnant?" "She is." The Dr. corrects her. "Now. What I suggest, Megan is that you refrain from sex with other women. With Robbie, the damage is done so if she's agreeable, feel free. "The other thing is, some of your semen must have found it's way into your vagina as you too are now pregnant." Megan gasps, "I'm a pregnant man!?" Yes but you have the reproductive organs of a woman as well as those of a man along with a very high sperm count. Have you had sex with other men?" "No." "Have you, as a man, had sex with any other women?" "Uh, no." He lied.

"Splendid!" The doctor exclaimed, "I'm prescribing a special diet with supplemental vitamins and folic acid for both of you." Robbie responds, "Uh, thanks I think." The Dr. turns to Megan, "You are now the mother and father of your forthcoming child and the father of Robbie's child. Congratulations!"

Robbie speaks up in a very feminine voice, "What about her birth control pills?" "Good thinking, Robbie. "You need to stop taking them."

On the way home, Robbie says, "All that sex talk was making me horny. I need you, Meg." Her bra unable to conceal her protruding nipples. "When we get home." Meg answers, his/her own nipples just as hard.
