It was a special day for Quinn, who excitedly yet meticulous got herself ready that morning. She'd received a letter a few days ago explaining that she'd be representing her city in some cheerleader event. There weren’t much details about the event; only that it was the first of its kind and that it would be held at the large football stadium near the city’s center.

Quinn adjusted her cheerleader uniform. It'd been a few years since high school, but she was happy to see that it fit her just fine. The letter didn't specify any dress code, but it seemed appropriate.

"It was only a matter of time." thought Quinn as she brushed her long black hair into a pony tail. She'd never been very keen on being part of a team, as she thought those other members were useless distractions from her talent and beauty, but now was her chance to shine.
