Police arrive

As Maribel lay on the ground, the other women stood around her in a mix of emotions. Some were angry, some were crying, but Scott paid them no mind. He was lost in his own thoughts, weighing whether he should take advantage of all these women or just pick and choose which ones to use. But before he could make a decision, the door to the office opened and two white male police officers entered. Scott's face lit up with relief as he exclaimed, "Thank goodness officers, these women were attempting to help these minorities escape. I caught them in the act."

The officers looked at him skeptically before scanning the room. "Sir, thank you for your vigilance. We need more people like you," they said with a nod.

Scott smirked in satisfaction, feeling validated by their praise. But Kimmy couldn't let it go. She spoke up, her voice shaking with anger and disbelief. "What are you doing? That's not true! You have no proof of anything!" Her words echoed through the tense atmosphere.

The police officers' gazes shifted from Kimmy to Scott, their expressions stern and unyielding. "Well, I did record my conversation with you, Kimmy," Scott said, his voice laced with authority. Scott retrieved his phone and Kimmy's tears began to fall uncontrollably. "These laws are so wrong," she cried, her voice breaking. "Why is this country like this?"

The two officers exchanged a knowing look before addressing Kimmy again. "So, Miss," one of them said, his tone accusatory. "Were you helping these minorities escape?" Kimmy could only nod in response, her sobs making it difficult for her to speak.

"This means that you will have a felony **** status," the other officer stated matter-of-factly. "You are considered eligible to be used and claimed by anyone INCLUDING UNCLAIMED MINORITIES." The gravity of their words hit Kimmy like a ton of bricks, and she felt her heart sink even further when they mentioned the GPS chips that would be implanted in her body.

"We're going to need you to come with us to the station," the first officer continued.

As they turned to leave, one of the officers turned back to Scott with a question. "Would you like to claim her since you caught her committing this crime?"
