It was just to make sure, Jade told herself, just to ensure that this was an accident. Nothing would happen. She was sure of it. Even as her hands slipped down to her sides and subtly pulled up the back of her skirt. Just far enough to show more leg, lower thigh at most.

Jade was not sure how many seconds she spent standing there. Heart racing in her chest. She was so distracted that she did not notice the bus pulling into a sharp corner and Jade went stumbling into the vacant disability section of the bus. A few others must have stumbled with her as she felt them against her back and… a hand.

There was a hand on her inner thigh! Way higher than Jade had pulled her skirt. It must have slipped up there during the turn and now it just rested there from behind her. As she stared out the window she was pressed against, Jade had no idea what to do. The hand was there, cupping her leggings covered thigh, and it did not seem to be moving away any time soon.

What should she do? Call out? Make a scene? The voice had a suggestion for her. And Jade shuddered as she heard it say…
