Peter was too shaken to reverse the changes and was not ready to bolt for the hills. It was MJ in the room and Peter had a record of ditching her to much. “There you are. I thought you jumped out for a web-swing. Off to spank some naughty girls causing trouble.” MJ smiled.

“Are you okay babe? You haven’t said a word all morning.” MJ approached him putting her hand on his face. Peter had to say something despite the shock of his revelations.

“I…l’m just speechless when I see how beautiful you are red.” Peter said truthfully.

MJ blushed and kissed Peter’s lips. “Well I’m glad to know that I still have you starstruck despite hosting countless other women in your bed.” She told Peter.

Peter was interrupted from his self argument by a beeping in the penthouse. A hologram image of a woman appeared in front of Peter.

“Good morning Mr Parker, was your night with Ms Watson well?” The beautiful hologram spoke. The Mind Gem once more fed him with knowledge that this was his personal A.I, Karen. Made by Victoria ‘Tori’ Stark, Iron Woman.

Peter decided he needed to continue to play along for now. “It was well Karen…thank you.”

The hologram approached Peter and touched his forehead. Peter realized Karen was a Hard Light Construct.

“Your temperature and heart rate appear abnormal. I can cancel your appointments today if you are unwell.” Karen spoke in a worried voice.

“It’s nothing…everything is fine Karen…thank you…how are you?” Pete said hastily.

“I’m operating at 100% functionality. Thank you for asking.” The A.I said rather happily. “I have your schedule made up for you, Superwoman and her team returned from their mission in the Negative Zone safely and will report soon for debriefing. The meeting of the subsidiaries board has been moved to 12:00pm. The Daily Bugle is asking for an exclusive on our Webware project. And Professor Charlotte Xavier thanks you for the donation to the Genosha fund.”

Peter listened to the woman talking to him like he was a responsible businessman. Just yesterday Peter was sent a warning from his landlord about not paying his rent. With one dream and ultimate power, Peter was now a successful trillionaire and more.

“Do you need anything else, sir?” Karen finished talking.

“I think that’s everything…Karen…but could you tell me where Gwen Stacy is?”

“Ms Stacy hasn’t reported in for work yet, would you like to see her when she comes in?” Karen asked Peter.

“Yes…I would…like to see her.”
