What happens next?
Pinch yourself
After a few minutes, you pinch yourself, confirming that you are indeed awake. You are still not 100% that really happened but you know you need to get moving. You finally get yourself up and head downstairs to the kitchen. The whole family is there gathered around in various states of eating breakfast and getting ready to go.
Your step-mom, Stacy and her sister, Linda are drinking their coffees as they do final checks of the boxes of all the baked goods they have prepared for the booth today. They almost look like twins, barely a year apart in age. Even though they are in their early 40s, they can easily still pass for 30. They share the same strawberry blonde hair that Naomi has but are each curvier and have double D's. When they smile, they light up a room. They are sweet and sassy with one another and can talk with anyone for hours. The biggest difference in their personalities is that Stacy was more motherly and Linda was more fun aunt. Stacy was the rock of the family you could could on. If you needed advice or council, she would be there for you. Aunt Linda on the other hand was spontaneous and courageous. When you wanted to try something new and different, Linda was always down to join. Together they were a dynamic duo, best friends and sisters. Also, Aunt Linda is just half an inch taller and loves to lord that over Stacy since Linda is the younger sister. Together, they run their small baked goods business: Twin Peaks Sweet Treats. Each of them had two daughters. Stacy had Abigail and Naomi and Linda had Amber and Tara.
Abigail was the oldest of the four at 23. Her hair was very wavey, the reddest of the bunch with just a hint of blonde. She was an absolute smoke show but was an absolute nerd. Her thick black glasses complimented her face perfectly. She was quick, clever and kind but also a bit shy and reserved in public. She loved anime, video games and music and was very artistic and creative. She played violin and did all the social media for the baked goods business. She was on her phone finishing publishing all the promotional materials advertising today's specials.
Amber was the oldest of Aunt Linda's. She was 22 and thought she was a gift to the world. She was the most self centered of the family. She was the only brunette but loved that. It makes me unique in this family she would often say. She had a fabulous bubble butt, solid D's in her bra and often at school too. She was smarter than she let on but often hid her insecurities under her sharp tongue. She was lazy and did not apply herself unless it truly interested her. She had been through many a hobby and job but nothing seemed to hold her for long. She was finishing up her breakfast at the counter as you walked in.
Tara was 20 and the younger of Aunt Linda's. She was built different from everyone else. She had beautiful seafoam green eyes, platinum blonde hair, and an easy smile. She was also pudgier than anyone else in the house. She had big breasts, a big booty and big curves. She was still a very beautiful woman, just a bigger, curvier woman and no matter how much she tried, she could not drop any weight and it weighed very heavily on her confidence. She took after Stacy and Linda and loved to bake and be in the kitchen. She was in culinary school and training to be a pastry chef. She wanted to take over the business some day as the lead baker. If she wasn't baking, she was holed up somewhere reading. She was packaging up the last of the muffins she's baked this morning.
Naomi was the baby of the family. She had just turned 18. She was unapologetically herself all the time. She radiated confidence and kindness. She was stunning and knew it but was not arrogant about it. She was playful and had a smart mouth. She loved her family did all the odd jobs that needed doing for the business. She was very charming and charismatic. She made friends easily and was your best friend in the house. She had this smirk that you both loved and hated and that she rarely showed anyone else other than you. She was also very athletic. She had been captain of her high school golf team and had a scholarship to the local state university waiting for her in the fall. You were looking forward to her joining you at school. As you came into the kitchen she smirked at you, causing you to blush thinking about what happened in your room. She dropped off her dishes into the sink and said "About time you got down here sleepyhead."
"Time to load up the van" Aunt Linda said as you grabbed a protein drink from the fridge. Everyone scrambled to carry out all the boxes and trays of baked goods to the car. Quickly and precisely the van got loaded like it been dozens of times before. It was a 12 passenger van so it had lots of space. Today was an extra large event so they had more baked goods than normal and had to pull out several of the seats leaving just 6 seats, the driver and passenger seats, the front row with three seat on bench and then just a single seat on the middle row. The back row was completely out and never put in. You hooked up the trailer with all the booth materials preloaded.
"Umm Aunt Linda, we are short a seat" you said once counting after everything was packed in. "Do you want me to drive separately?"
"No sweetheart, just have one of the girls sit in your lap. The market isn't that far" Aunt Linda replied and jumped into the passenger seat while Stacy jumped into the driver's seat. "Let's go everyone, jump in or we will be late."
Who sits in your lap for the ride?
