Picking Suitors

'Hmmm, I wonder where my clothes went.' You wonder, 'I'm pretty sure they're not under my skin.' You grab a piece of your arm, pull back, and watch it snap back into place, 'It's pretty clear that I really am living rubber, not just coated in it. Billion years? They must have meant a million years. Then again, if we were almost wiped out by what helped take out the dinosaurs, then it's logical, after all, I'm almost certain I don't have bones now. No fossils. Maybe my clothes just got dissolved by the birthing substance, it would make sense.'

You wiggle your fingers getting the three potential males that suit your fancy's attention. All three circle in front of you, eager to see which of them you'll approve of. 'Apparently, it's all my pick as the girl. Tee-hee!' As you look over their handsome smooth, shiny, and colourful bodies another odd thought occurs to you, 'I wonder why we're hybrids of primate and other animals... hmmm... maybe we looked like humanoid dinosaurs when the disaster hit, and we're just adapting to the new mammal species, after all, it's a good guess all the Magni here used to be humans like I was.

Was the voice I heard our collective subconscious or the eldest Magni? Or it could have been the first bunch of human who had the honour of finding this place, that would make sense.' You look at your three potential suitors, something about the hedgehog tells you he'll be a quickie, and you want to enjoy this. 'Too bad Steve didn't get caught, I'm sure he'd be a hunk Magni.' You think. One odd thought does occur to you though. 'The purple wolf Magni I saw before... the one who helped that man becomes one of us.

That certainly wasn't how we're producing here.' You narrow your cute eyes slightly, 'Perhaps, I should bring that to everyone's attention after I'm done here. Speaking of which.' you shoe Blue hedgehog away, who sulks off at the rejection, the lion just snicker, "Tough luck boyo!" Said the red lion Magni. Well, that settled it. You poke the Red Lion in his muscular chest a couple of times, "I don't care for others who enjoy someone else's misery."

Without giving Red Lion another tough you take Yellow Fox by both hands startling him and pulling him close to you, you look into his surprised face and say, "Foxy, you are mine." Yellow Fox still in a bit of shock dully nods and you lead him alone. You wonder if all Magni were brothers and sisters, did this count as ****? Then again it was more figurative than literal so who cared? You lead your suitor into an alcove next to the pink skunk's.
