Phoenix Corporation is a parent company overseeing many various smaller companies and projects. They seek to "reclaim, reuse, revitalize and renew". Through their subsidiaries they purchase and resell everything and anything they can. Characters, items, vehicles, other businesses, worlds, etc. They do everything from running salvage operations and recycling on trash worlds to businesses operating in buying and reselling various properties from realestate to characters and anything else they can to turn a hand to making a profit in.

They're a legitimate business but they do have a knack for showing up right when someone needs to make some quick cash. Competitors claim they engineer such opportunities but many customers actually refute these claims saying that Phoenix Corporation really did help them out of a tight spot and treated them fairly to a good deal.
