Calling it a city really seemed like a stretch, there was just the pokecenter, pokemart, gym, and a handful of houses. You guessed it must be the gym that convinced people to count it... though there were towns with gyms that weren't called cities. A couple of small lakes sat on the edges of the city, and you saw a magikarp jump out of one. The light breeze carried the salty smell of the ocean from the west.{if Tina==1}

There was police tape across the entrance to the pokemart, evidence that they were still looking into what had happened there.{endif}
