Perverted Carnival/Festival

One of the places she heard about was a carnival. She got a DM from the owner offering her free tickets if she was to help out a bit and she was tempted to do it. Though she also wanted to check it out as a normal civilization.

So, she put her costume in her bag and invited a bunch of her friends to join her before heading towards the carnival. At first glance, everything seemed normal and everybody seemed happy. She had no clue just how perverted the place really was.
