"Tell me more about Personnel," I say to Amber.

I learn that this department has responsibility not just for the staff of Spank Me Productions, but also for recruiting, screening, and selecting men and women for the cast of productions.

"Lots of people think they want tp be in a porno, but not everyone can perform on demand, with a dozen crew members standing around, watching," Amber explains. "Plus, not everyone is actually willing to do all the things we ask: anal, orgy, etc."

I learn that today is Audition Day, and there are a number of potential stars and starlets coming in for that purpose. If I want, I can observe, or even take part in the screening. I think of my friend, Deke, who would LOVE to help out; maybe I should call him and ask him to come over and help me. Then again, it IS my first day, and maybe I should just enjoy myself.
