People who were scored little enough on a big/little exam

Strangely, this moon developed a culture and policy around the potential people have to be interested in diapers for one reason or another. Because of this, everyone seeking habitation in Obasaan and are 18 or older are required to take a test to determine what "type" of person they are, and if they're "little" enough that they should be required to wear diapers. People can also take or retake the test whenever they want, and choose not to submit the results if they don't want what they get to be enforced, but only if they're not an adult living on Obasaan or have already taken the test once. Apparently the government can also mandate someone take and submit a new test if its deemed necessary.

The flyers about Obasaan did mention this test in a footnote, as the Obasaan Inhabitant's Mentality and Wellbeing quiz, or OIMaW, which newcomers will be directed to take upon examining of their passport and/or visa.

As the trip comes to an end, you grab your carry-on and begin leaving the shuttle into an immaculately clean space, and follow the signs to pick up the rest of your luggage. As you do, you pass by various people, some of whom are dressed in a distinctly childlike manner and often being doted on by some other adult.

When you show your paperwork to the customs workers, they give a warm nod as they welcome you.

"No, I read up," you chuckle, not sure what else to say. You're then sat down at a desk with a privacy shield and told to take your time. The test appears to not just show how "big" or "little" you are, but if you're a mix of both, neither, or other things that seem strange. One of these questions might be hinting at being into petplay, you're not sure.

You begin putting pencil to paper and answering the questions as best you can.
