Peacefully

You are tasked with getting kindling to help start the fire, while Nell collects more sizable logs to keep it going. Although you don't take too long, you are surprised to see Nell has already returned with what must have been several armfuls of logs already cut to size. Jon and Adi have prepared a makeshift fire pit, which you throw the kindling into. As Adi gets his tinderbox out and starts the fire, you back up and take a seat on the ground.

The four of you split up duties for preparing dinner, with you being asked to watch the pot of stew to make sure it doesn't boil over. while the meal is simmering, Adi constantly makes quips about your cooking abilities, reminding you several times that he "doesn't like his potatoes too mushy" and to "make sure the meat is tender enough", often turning to Jon to make a double entendre at your expense afterward. You can do nothing but roll your eyes and finish the meal to shut him up.

When the stew is finally ready, Jon supplies four small bowls and matching spoons and you each dish out your shares. The four of you eat in silence, wanting to conserve your energy for the next day. Adi and Nell both go for seconds, but you simply content yourself with watching the sky begin to change colors while you wait for them to finish.

By the time everything is put away the sun has nearly completely set. Nell tosses you his spare bedroll while Jon takes care of the dying fire. As Jon and Adi set their bedrolls up across one side of the smoldering remains of the campfire, you unroll yours next to Nell's. You take way less time to get ready for bed than your companions since you only need to take off your boots while they need to carefully remove several layers before they're dressed down enough to sleep peacefully. You are already in a comfortable position when your three companions tuck themselves in.

Nell turns to face you and gives a weary "Good night" before he shuts his eyes. You return it and soon fall asleep yourself.
