Part Five
Parking up at Grayson Global, Peter climbed out of his car in the parking lot, coffee cup in hand as he made way towards the elevators into Grayson Global. Arriving on the floor his mother was working on, Peter made his way towards the coffee, entering without knocking where he watched his mother work alongside Fleur once again. Stepping closer to his mother, Peter smiled as he handed her the coffee before taking a seat on the couch.
"You’re a saint for picking this up for me," Mera muttered before taking a long sip.
"How's it going?" Peter asked his mother.
"Oh, you know," Mera sighed, lowering the coffee. "Just trying not to lose my mind."
"Fashion Week wouldn’t be Fashion Week without a little madness." Peter grinned.
"The hem on that emerald gown needs another inch, take it for alterations so it’ll fit Fleur." Mera commanded her assistant who nodded in agreement and took the dress and turned to leave. Mera turned back to Peter, before requesting to her son. "Be useful for once and go check on Fleur in the room next door. She was supposed to come out of her last dress five minutes ago."
"And what am I supposed to do? I don’t know anything about fashion," Peter wondered.
"You’re smart. Figure it out." Mera told her.
Shaking his head, Peter left his mother’s office and knocked on the door to the room next door when he heard a familiar voice giving him permission to enter. Making his way inside, he discovered Fleur stood barefoot in front of a mirror in a blue dress that stopped just above her knees. Turning to face him, Fleur gave Peter a smile of relief before stepping closer.
"Thank God you’re here," Fleur responded. "I don’t know where the stylists and assistants have gone but I need some help undoing the zip at the back,”
“So, I’m like your knight in shining armour?" Peter smirked as he instructed her to turn around.
Peter stepped closer, closing the gap between them and brushed her dirty-blonde hair aside, exposing her neck before moving his hands to unzip her dress, revealing the smooth skin of her back and slowly pulling the straps off her shoulders to bare her bra-covered breasts to him.
"I bet this is why you help your mom out a lot?" Fleur teased, glancing at him over her shoulder.
"Not unless helping means fetching coffee for her." Peter snorted.
"But I bet you often see something you like?" Fleur softly spoke.
"So, how long have you been a model then?" Peter wondered as Fleur shimmied out of her dress, causing her round ass to jiggle as she did until finally she stood in front of Peter in nothing but her underwear.
"Since I was fifteen," Fleur smiled. "I started on The Pulse, posted a few photos and then an agency in Europe hired me for a few dresses and pretty much been working my way up since. Your mom’s one of my favourite models. She is flawless on the runway,"
"Still is. Have you ever thought about doing anything else?" Peter wondered as he watched her put on a t-shirt that hugged her body perfectly.
"I have no idea what I would do even if I did," Fleur admitted as she put on a pair of jeans. "Modelling pays the bills and it’s not like I’ve got some grand hidden talent."
"Could’ve fooled me. You’ve got the whole gorgeous thing down to a science." Peter grinned when she rolled her eyes. "After all, your body did sell out last season's line in twenty-four hours?" Fleur looked at him curiously. “I had a little time yesterday after we met and I may have searched you up.”
"I’m flattered,” Fleur admitted. “And what about you? You know your way around here. Ever think about getting into the family business? Or are you too busy flirting with models?"
"The company’s not really my scene, Peter. I'm more of a wild card. More fun that way." Peter shrugged.
"That I can believe." Fleur laughed as she stepped closer to him, closing the gap between them once more. "I bet you’ve gotten into all sorts of trouble?"
"Wouldn’t you like to know?" Peter smirked as he leaned close.
“Peter, Fleur,” Mera interrupted the pair. “I hope I’m not interrupting but I need Fleur and Peter, Adrianna called. Something about meeting her for lunch?”
“Yeah, guess I should be going,” Peter told the pair. “I’ll see you around, Fleur. I’ll stop by later, Mom,” Peter told his mother before heading towards the door.
