Right as the fight was starting and Judy and Blaziken were about to clash the lights went out causing everything to stop, and then as they came back in another duo was on the ring, they were an infamous duo known for their big sadism against their rival, they were Nurse Joy and her Machoke, they call themselves the painkillers.

"But if you're so against working together we could have this battle be one on one with each of you taking only one of us, either way you're going down" Machoke added.
