Before getting dressed, I decided to gather some important stuff and put them in my backpack. I could put some clothes on later. Rummaging through my suitcase, I put all the junk food I could find in my bag, with some spare garment, a flashlight, a towel (always bring a towel) and my alarm clock ("It's past noon? Holy fuck!").

I jumped up with fright as my search was suddenly interrupted by a noise coming from outside, as if someone hit the door with a solid and heavy object. What was going on in that corridor?
