{if Operation First Plague > 999}Dr. Nora Goldstein, A.K.A. Scylla Schulz

Role: Science Team of CEDIT Germany / Former sleeper agent on Adder assignment

Appearance Details: 6'0", green-dyed hair with slit yellow eyes and nails like claws, fangs, and a long tongue... her snake-like features are evidently the result of the genetic modifications she experiments with.

Ciao's Evaluation: Despite her eccentric personality, she seems to be an industrious and useful member of the science team. She managed to survive inside Adder long enough to get her fingers in the pie that is Bound Blood 1000. On one hand, her knowledge of the **** will be invaluable in researching a cure. On the other hand, you have to question just how much of a hand she had in developing the mental reprogramming **** and wonder if there are crimes to be officially charged against her for her role in that. {if Operation Full House < 999}Dr. Goldstein is now in Europe, undergoing a mental fitness test before she can get it work on developing an antidote for Bound Blood 1000. I'll have to pray she comes up with something soon.{endif}

On another note, she's surprisingly well informed for a member of the Science Team with no special rank inside CEDIT. She was able to provide me information on the Goodbye Girls that showed either a fondness for gossip or a tendency to hoard juicy intel. I hope to pump her for more info in the future... {endif}{if Operation Full House > 999}

I once again met with Nora aboard the Palm of Royalty; she'd been taken hostage by Adder Adjutant. I never learned if she was **** in the same way other Adder agents have been. She made her way off the ship and escaped aboard the Gambit with the rest of the team, before being returned to our Washington branch. There, she is working on mass-producing antidotes and preventatives against Bound Blood 1000, among other projects. We do not expect she'll be deployed as Scylla again; that has to be a load off her mind.{endif}

{if Operation Sleep Mode > 999}Telegram

Role: Gathering top-secret intel under direct supervision by Goodbye

Appearance Details: Unknown, as they have so far only appeared as a voice through a screen.

Ciao's Evaluation: Telegram is either a sub-division of the Goodbye Girls or perhaps a single person... I've never met them in person, so I don't know. Apparently, CEDIT's paying a lot of money to have this division run independent investigations parallel to my own work. Amazingly, I've never caught one of them in action.

Milaslava Bortnik

Role: Current Russian general also tasked with leading CEDIT Russia's agents

Appearance Details: 5'11", her hair is black with a pronounced white streak and her eyes are gun-metal gray. One of her hands has been replaced with an advanced prosthesis; it is capable of extending on a piston-like device from her wrist.

Ciao's Evaluation: The sly, heavy-drinking, cigar-smoking leader of CEDIT Russia left a bad impression on all of us when she ordered her men to **** our agents, just to test our reaction. Milaslava was heavily involved in the same incident that her brother, Ivan Bortnik, was central to. It sounds like she was the money and he was the brains. Despite pushing fifty, she still seems to be in great shape; she's an insufferable flirt, even. It's clear that she's entirely unrepetant for her role in Tschau's past, which makes her difficult to see eye-to-eye with. Her motivations for wanting to reclaim her brother are unclear, but if I had to bet, it has less to do with familial love and more to do with wanting to get her hands on those prosthetics of his.{endif}{if Operation Heavy Sword > 999}

I met her once again during Operation Heavy Sword, this time in the service of CEDIT's international council. While she appeared to be in good humor, she clearly resented my efforts to block her from receiving Tschau into CEDIT Russia. {if Spent the Night with Milaslava = 1}Milaslava offered me the opportunity to come to CEDIT Russia and manage the Goodbye Girls out of that location. Thinking to turn the tables on her and use the assignment as a way to keep tabs on the Russians, I considered her proposal... But I'd be generous if I said I ended the negotiations in a favorable position.{endif}

Madison Pettigrew

Role: Head of CEDIT London and chairperson for the CEDIT international council

Appearance details: 5'7", with blond hair in a cut reminiscent of the late Princess Diana's. She has striking blue eyes and a slender figure.

Ciao's Evaluation: My old boss, the youngest leader in CEDIT London's long history, is a business-minded sort of woman who dresses smartly, yet fashionably, with conservative clothing. Back when I was part of CEDIT London, I'd been granted few audiences with her; I gather she takes her business with her everywhere and rarely experiences a moments rest. Her primary characteristic seems to be making Goodbye look an even worse boss by way of comparison, although the two aren't truly related in any way. {if Spent the Night with Madison = 1}I was surprised to find that she was interested in winning me back over to CEDIT London and the extremes she was willing to go to in order to do so. In the end, I had to consider her proposal... but not without attaching a few stipulations of my own. She turned out to be quite amenable to those terms and I believe we've started a fruitful new relationship.{endif}{endif}
