"Well, it is to help "reprogram" villains into a more stable state, basically a mind control app for villains, so they aren't so much of a threat to society."

"I see.... have you tested this out yet?"

"no not really, would you like to help?"

"Well you hand me your phone i install the software then you can go around and test this out!" Mei stated.
