Get all of your underwear and put it in a box and post said box with the cheapest postage stamp you can get. Address the package to a fake address and make sure you put your address on the home address as the return address, these are both imperative. What will happen is that since the address is fake, the package will be returned to you.

During that time,

• You must wear diapers while at home or at a friends house.

• any other time you must wear a pull up under your clothes instead instead.

• You cannot use the toilet unless you're wearing a pull up then you can use the toilet to poo only.

• you're allowed one diaper/pull up change a day.

• you must masturbate in your diaper.

Once your package is returned then the challenge ends. If the package isn't returned after 35 days, then the challenge ends regardless.
