buy, if you don't already own one, a diaper; put it on before you go to bed, shit yourself then drink 1 litre of water then go to sleep wearing the diaper. You can't go to the toilet or take of your diaper until 10 hours after you went to bed.

You can do this challenge without a diaper if your not a pussy.
