go on a walk (must be minimum 6km) completely naked.

You may choose to wear a diaper/pull up if you want some modesty.

You can bring a backpack to carry if you wish; water, food, spare diapers/pull ups, map, phone, spare clothes [in case of emergency].

Along you're walk you must; hug a tree, touch a street sign, go to the toilet in the wilderness (or in your diaper), have a picnic.
