If you have a privacy fence, film yourself (face included) dancing around in the backyard while while wearing only the diaper/pull-up and singing the Baby Shark song for an hour, occasionally giving yourself a spank every five minutes. Three days later, invite three of your closest friends over to watch and critique the video or instead post the video anonymously online, making sure to edit out your face and any markings/tattoos that will give away your identity (you can't take down the video for at least 6 months).
