Get a friend/lover, tell them what you're doing then send them this. Your friend will then choose a challenge out of all of them for you too do. You can only refuse if the challenge can't be completed within the privacy of your home or wherever you're comfortable in doing the challenge; if you refuse then your friend picks a different challenge. Your friend will need to buy/supply all the equipment for the challenge you don't already own and must also partake in the challenge if it requires multiple people.
