Don't masturbate for an entire day and every time you feel horny, draw a tally mark onto your skin with a marker pen. If you have 5 or more tally marks by the end of the day, write the words 'slut child' on your lower abdomen in permanent marker (If you're scared it will be seen, make sure to write it low down so its covered by your underwear).
