Chapter 4 by Repix Repix

What's your answer gonna be?

Open up to her

You decide to be honest with her and tell her about your current situation: better tell her now that you're a forever alone than for her to find out on her own later.

"Well... I've never had friends and I want to make some. When I red you bio I tought this could work and be a win situation for the both of us" you reply.

Your heart is beating even faster now. This is the first time in a long time that you tell something personal to someone else.
And you don't even know her!

"I really appreciate your honesty and I'm glad you decided to share something like this with me" she replies.

Your eyes light up as you keep reading her answer.

"I've been in a similar place before and I know it's tough. Really tough" she continues. "I believe everyone need friends and build meaningful relationships so... let's be friends!"

You feel a wave of relief and happiness wash over you. The fact that she understands your situation and is willing to be your friend means the world to you. It's a ray of home in what has felt like a lonely and isolated existence.

"Thank you! I really can't express how much is means to me!" you reply.

Then she said something that, weirdly, made you shiver.

"I have to admit, though, that my definition of friendship might be a bit different from what you're used to" she says.

"What do you mean by a different definition of friendship?" you ask, trying to hide your growing apprehension.

She responds with a string of emojis: a winking face, a finger pointing downwards and a pair of hands clapping. The message leaves you more puzzled than reassured, and you can't help but wonder what she's truly getting at.

"Sorry but I did not get it. Could you please explain it to me in more detail?" you type, hoping for a clearer response.

A few moments later, her response appears on the screen. "How about we meet up? I'd love to show you what I mean and share a real experience together."

Her proposal catches you off guard but admit that meeting in person could provide the context and clarity you're seeking.

Reluctanctly you send her an affirmative answer and a couple minutes later she sends you an address.

"Meet me there this saturday" she types.

Will you meet her?
