Dear Mr. Oast for your outstanding performance on the job for the last fifteen years we wish to congratulate you. Enclosed is a Cred-ID card that is linked to an account that has a substantial amount of money in it. However, we also have noticed that over the years the Hours that you have attained have yet to see any use. As to why that has occurred is not particularly important to us what is important happens to be you using the hours in a way that won't lead to the spree of 2012. One of our primary concerns happens to be assisting you in using your hours in a way that won't lead to the ramp up that inevitably leads to a police shoot out or other fatal ends. As such there will be an assistant coming by soon. Please enjoy your money and if you want you never have to work again.
