Now, what kind of guy are you?

One with fantasies of transforming himself and others.

John could barely contain his excitement. The power of this Rulebook could make even his wildest fantasies reality!
The organ he had convinced himself was slightly above average swelled slightly as the possibilities ran through his mind.

He shook his head with slight ****. He needed to be careful - without protections, anyone could use this power against him, and who knew what or who might notice his use of the book.
John quickly started to write down some rules:

New Rule: Just to be sure, the book this rule is written in is called "The Rulebook", and will be referred to by that identifier from now on when writing rules

New Rule: The Rulebook is owned by the writer of this rule.

New Rule: The owner of the Rulebook will hereafter be referred to as "The Rulekeeper" when writing rules.

New Rule: Only The Rulekeeper is aware of The Rulebook - no one else is able to notice or interact with it, unless The Rulekeeper allows it.

New Rule: The Rulebook cannot be damaged or destroyed in any way, and will always be within reach of The Rulekeeper, accompanied by a perfectly sharpened pencil.

New Rule: Only The Rulekeeper may write rules in The Rulebook, unless they designate someone to do so for them.

New Rule: The Rulekeeper is protected from anything which would result in their losing control of The Rulebook, or prevent them from using it.

These, John thought, should prevent anyone from stealing The Rulebook and using it against him.
He hoped.
He decided to head home before trying anything drastic, but before doing so penciled in a few minor changes to himself:

New Rule: The Rulekeeper is immune to all ailments of any sort, by any name or from any source both known and unknown.

New Rule: The Rulekeeper's cock is one inch longer and wider than the average penis length and width for human males.
After an unexpectedly large increase in the tightness of his jeans, John surreptitiously felt his crotch and was startled to realize his previously "above average" appendage had nearly doubled in size.

"Hopefully nobody notices", he thought, hurriedly getting up from his table and leaving the coffee shop.
Apart from a few glances lingering slightly longer, no one really did.
