One final victory (vote chapter)

Ren’s excitement was palpable, another victory and a decisive one at that. Bakugo had been perhaps the greatest threat to her beloved Izuku’s happiness and now that he was defeated. Well justice was a sweet reward, but one that was not yet complete. There was just one last event, the cherry on top.

Ren didn’t have to search long to find Bakugo, the general studies course timetable was predictable. Ren found Bakugo between classes, alone and despondent. As he should be, **** was sweet yet incomplete.

“What do you want?” He spat, but his bark was hollow with no bite.

“I want you to say something to Izuku, something you should have said a long time ago.” You demand before whispering exactly what he should say into Bakugo’s ear.

“You can’t be serious.” He said, face white.

“Do I look like I’m joking?” You growl to which he whimpered a quiet “no.”

“Then follow me.” You order, and reluctantly he followed. He followed you through the corridors where Izuku was walking. Nejire and Jirou hanging off each arm, when he saw Ren approached he shook his hands free of the two and pulled Ren into a kiss.

“You seem cheerful.” Ren noted, the thought causing her to smile widely.

“Very.” He replied with a grin that could melt the coldest heart.

“I have someone who wants to tell you something.” You say, pointing to Bakugo. The air in the room grew grew colder.

“Bakugo.” Izuku said, shocking Bakugo for he didn’t use his word ‘Kacchan’, “what is it?”

Bakugo looked scared, but one glare from Ren steeled him to say what he needed to say.

“De-Izuku you win.”

“What?” Izuku asked shocked.

“You win everything. You’re the better hero, the better man and I’m- I’m just a bug that’ll be crushed beneath your boot.” He cried, his voice one of defeat and resignation.

Izumi was stunned for a moment before replying passively, “okay.”

It seemed he was truly above Bakugo now.

A/N: Ren is a very petty woman, so she expects Izuku to be too. But I promise they’ll be a return to good natured Izuku soon. It seems meeting Inko is leading the vote, though not be an unsubstantial lead. Remember I won’t be turning Inko into a sex **** or anything like that, so suggestions as to what could happen instead are appreciated.
