One Piece

The lamp fell down into a world covered mostly in water with a large number of small islands. It was a world of pirates, and a tyrannical government that ruled most of the world with an iron fist. The ocean itself seemed to have some kind of will of its own, if only one that hated certain people with certain powers gained from fruits. The entity delighted in the chaos it could potentially cause in such a world. Governments like this? It had its own version of hope that it could stir things up for that governing body.
