On your way to meet your supervisor

While on the bus (fortunately quite empty and devoid of girls being disciplined allowing for relative quietness) you read up as much as your brain can cram on the new rules and procedures of the university. To your surprise, not that much has changed with regard to sexual conduct. Academic staff are not allowed to have sex with students other than at events where students chosen randomly or by non-academics are available as part of their “community service”. Sex is strictly forbidden during academic events, including lectures, tutourials and exams (exception is made for oral sex by someone not enrolled in the same class) and in preparation and serving areas of all catering facilities (no exceptions made there). Sex in public places is allowed but not in likely direct view of a large number of people (empty classrooms and private library cubicles are given as examples). PhD students are mentioned specifically; even though they are technically also staff members they are treated as students in this and many other regards due to their inability to directly influence undergraduates’ grades or progress. You have a lot to look forward to if you manage this interview (with a nearly bare butt to remind you of its importance).

The other rule had a much more noticeable effect on the university code. The punishments are severe for everyone with increasingly harsh sanctions for males and spankings for females. You notice there are no extra rules for punishing first year undergraduate girls; every spanking of yours, however, is going to be done fully nude and with at least one stroke across your breasts and at least one between your legs. Campus accommodation is compulsory as you already know and while there are some opportunities for fun the living rules are very strict and female privacy is not a concern. You are already quite looking forward to the move-in inspection during which the new female resident will need to remain nude with all her clothing laid out to be checked. The recommended penalty for failure is a week of nudity with an additional day for each next item... and a daily spanking for the period too, of course.

You start to read about traditions which has now been raised to secondary rules status (Halloween promises to be eventful from what you can see) when you hear your stop announced as the next one. With regret you turn your phone off, double check your bag and prepare to exit. You memorised the campus map long ago just in case but the directions to the department you need are very clear and you easily navigate your way towards it. The campus looks not too differently from what you would have expected before the latest changes... For the most part. The new dress code means you see some revealing outfits but you would not call most of them outrageous. You are one of the relatively few showing their underwear. You encounter a couple of bottomless, one topless and one completely nude girls all bearing marks of severe but not ridiculously so punishments. This first short tour does not give you a chance to see anyone making use of their sexual freedom in person, but an information poster has photos of the girls who will be servicing the next glory hole evening. You wonder when will you be joining them.

The facilities and buildings of the campus look absolutely amazing, both from the outside and the inside, as you see when you enter the department building. You tell the male undergraduate (probably in his first year) who seems to be there in the capacity of an admin assistant why you are here and he tells you the office number and that he will call the professor on the hour (which is still about fifteen minutes away) not to disturb any ongoing appointments and then you will be called in. He is acting quite professionally but you can see the direction of his eyes is always too near the front of your thong. Probably your guess about him being a first year was correct, otherwise he would be used to seeing quite a lot more now.
