On the Opposite Side of Town

Exposed and ****, Yuki quickly looked around for cover. Seeing she was in an empty parking lot, the closest cover she saw was a sign near the road. She ran over and quickly hid behind it.

She sat down and brought her legs to her chest, hugging them in a fetal position. She couldn’t believe this was happening to her. It was bad enough those bitches had driven her in just a towel. Now they had dumped her butt naked in public in the middle of the afternoon.

After coming to the realization that this wasn’t a dream but a real life nightmare, Yuki decided to look around to gain her bearings and find out where exactly she was dumped. She stood up slightly, still hiding behind the sign. She looked around, but didn’t recognize anything familiar, just the cars on the road whizzing by. She looked down at the sign she was hiding behind and to her delight, but also her horror, it told her exactly where she was.

The sign was the welcome sign to the city; one of those ones you see on postcards. Yuki recognized it, as she had passed it multiple times coming back into town. This told her exactly where she was. Unfortunately, it was the last place she wanted to be. She lived on the edge of the city and this sign was situated on the exact opposite side of it.

Realizing the true weight of her situation, being stranded dozens of miles from her house in her birthday suit, Yuki started to rack her brain trying to think of ways to get out of this situation. She couldn’t get help from her parents, as they had taken a trip out of state. Not like she had a way to call anyone anyway. She really didn’t know anyone on this side of town, so her home was her surest safe haven. Yuki concluded she had to somehow get home, even though home was miles and miles away.
