Olivia's Request

Luke walked over to Olivia. She was chatting with Ellin. Luke considers gushing over Ellin's belly. If Penny's belly affection is making Ashley feel better, maybe he should try it with Ellin.

"Excuse me, ladies, may I interrupt," Luke said walking up.

"Sure thing." Both Olivia and Ellin say in unison.

Luke is reminded again of his Level 2 magical blessing. He pauses thinking that it will be an inconvenience to lose this power after today. But, it does seem wrong to boss his ladies around. The silver lining of losing this power will be a less creepy atmosphere.

"Great, Olivia let's go talk in the kitchen. But before I go, I need a little sugar." Luke said kneeling down to Ellin's belly.

"Ellin you're totally rocking the bump," Luke said placing his hands on Ellin's bare skin.

"Luke, stop it. You're totally embarrassing me. This is all your fault. I'm this big because of your silly pregnancy fetish." Ellin said before hiding her face in her hands.

"Olivia, don't you agree? Ellin is super cute with a pregnant belly." Luke asked before kissing Ellin's middle.

"Absolutely, I think she is adorable. I wish I was small and cute like her." Olivia said thinking out loud.

"That is, I mean ... I agree. She is pretty," Olivia said in a rush.

"Olivia, don't go wishing you were smaller. I find your size sexy," Luke said standing.

"Okay,'' Olivia said sheepishly.

"Later sweet stuff", Luke said before kissing Ellin's cheek.

"Gosh, you're corny," Ellin said smiling.

Luke led Olivia to the kitchen. Luke turned around after walking into the tiled partitioned kitchen area. Olivia closed the door behind her.

"Shannon said you wanted to talk with me?" Luke said putting his hands on his hips.

"Yes. Before I agree to become a Life Witch or whatever ... I wanted to ask you a question. Could I live with you?" Olivia said looking at the floor.

"Live with me?" Luke said considering the question.

"Well, I live by myself. I can't afford anything close to 'The Grande Donna'. And with a baby on the way ... I was considering accepting Rebecca's invitation to live at her mansion. But I wanted to know if you were living alone." Olivia said looking up at the ceiling rubbing her neck.

Luke smiled at his big woman's bashful behavior. Luke got closer and picked Olivia up. He locked his hands as his arms wrapped around her upper thighs. She was heavy sitting in his arms, but Luke wanted to make Olivia feel small.

"Olivia, you can live with me. I would love to share a roof with you." Luke said smiling up at her.

"Really?" Olivia squealed.

"Absolutely, but don't go bragging. If too many women want to live with me, I will need to move in with Rebecca. My house isn't that big." Luke said musing.

"Well, I can tell you Ellin is electing to live with Rebecca. She said it was close to her high school. And Rebecca has a personal chef. From what I have learned, Ellin is scared her baby will starve if she stays with her mom." Olivia said putting her fingers through Luke's hair.

"Do you know about other people's living arrangements?" Luke asked.

"The only ones I know for sure are Ellin, Katie, Brinda, and Jesse. They all seem eager to live at Rebecca's mansion." Olivia said tapping her chin.

Luke let Olivia slide down to the ground.

"Olivia, did you want to learn magic or forget it?' Luke said catching Olivia's eyes.

"I am a little scared of the supernatural. I can't stand scary movies. And if magic is real, are magical creatures real?" Olivia said scrunching her nose.

"Oh! I think my mama bear is tougher than some shiny vampire," Luke said with a giggle.

"I am serious. The talk about learning magic is inviting trouble. It's true that many people are ignorant of the truth. But won't we be inviting more magical threats into our lives by becoming magical threats ourselves?" Olivia said wringing her hands.

Luke was taken aback. Olivia was very insightful. He hadn't considered that possibility. But Luke reflected on the 'Breeding Passes' and how they messed with his head.

"Olivia, I believe you're right about inviting more magical threats. But I consider the choice before us to be a difference between hoping for the best and preparing for the worst. If we have the option to defend ourselves from mind control we should consider it." Luke said grabbing Olivia's hands.

"I respect your choice if you want to stay out of it, But I agree with Rebecca. We should see this moment as an opportunity to get control over our lives again. Instead of going back to pretending." Luke said before dropping Olivia's hands.

"What do you say?" Luke asked.

"I guess you're right," Olivia said reluctantly.

"Good, now go talk to Shannon. We will be voting on the future of the group soon." Luke said kissing her cheek.

"Sure thing," Olivia said walking from the kitchen.
